How to tell Arwen when it's missed something

If you see a comment that you think is severe and should have been hidden, you can tell Arwen so that it adapts and captures it next time. Here's how to do it.

  1. When you spot a comment out on one of your networks, copy the text from the native channel
  2. Login to app.arwen.ai, find the profile for the network in question, and click "Dashboard"
  3. On that dashboard toggle to "all"

  4. Paste the comment text into the search box and hit search. Arwen will load the comment. Screenshot 2022-03-02 at 15-43-50-png
  5. You can now manually moderate it: 
    1. If it is a toxic comment, click the 'hide' button

    2. If it is a spam comment, click the 'flag spam' button

  6. That comment has now been hidden and removed from community view.
  7. Also Arwen is now aware that this item breaks your rules, and will adapt future decisions to ensure those comments, and comments like those, will be classified as severe and hidden in the future
