Follow these steps to reset your Arwen.ai password
If you have forgotten your password, or need to change your password, please follow these steps:
- Visit app.arwen.ai
- You will see a login box like the one below. Click "Reset password"
- The following screen will load
- Your username is your email address, which must be entered with capital letters for both firstname and lastname, "Joe.Bloggs@arwen.ai"
- A secure code will be sent by email to your inbox. Once you have received the email, copy the code. It usually arrives within 60 seconds, though this can take longer.
- Enter the code on the screen, along with your new password, and click submit.
- You can now use your new password to login.
